Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and evaluate a comprehensive marketing campaign to increase brand awareness and drive sales of the residential project
- Supervise advertising agencies and production house for the implementation of promotional activities such as advertisement, media placement, PR event, press conference, media interview etc.
- Responsible for the production of all marketing collaterals and make sure to comply with legal requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis on the trends and competitor activities and prepare marketing budget
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in leading Property Developers
- Hands-on experience and profound knowledge in the property market
- Knowledge of Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, innovative and task-oriented
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office
