Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Design social media content plans that are not only captivating but also strategic, ensuring optimal engagement and reach across platforms.
• Develop a strategic sales plan and KPIs through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management.
• Develop, manage and review all distribution channels. Proactively positions new products and pricing throughout channel partners organization.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare sales reports detailing potential sales and areas of expansion.
• Identifies public relations opportunities, as well as developing opening PR & media plan.
• Monitor and report on marketing communications activity. Coordinates activities to augment the overall communication strategy.
• Direct and manage the creation of marketing materials to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Develop data-driven, segment-focused campaigns and marketing automation journeys to build members’ loyalty.

Job Requirement :

• A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, advertising or related field is required.
• 1 to 2 years of Marketing experience (Fresh graduate welcome)
• Proficient in MS office PowerPoibt, photoshop, AI is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/ profession
• Ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans for different brands within the Classified Group
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills
• 1-2 years experience to promote product regionally
• 1-2 years experience to work with out-source designer for coordination pops or marketing material
• 1-2 years experience to run road-show or exhibition would be advantage
