Marketing Communications Specialist (3 months Temporary)

Your responsibilities will be:  

• Plan, support and coordinate both internal and external communications projects for the global company 

• Own and create eyeball drawing content (both copy and visual) for the intranet SharePoint and coordinate global announcements to promote internal communications  

• Assist in global CSR projects and recognition programmes and support digitization of workflow for both local and global projects 

• Provide creative and multimedia support including creation of corporate video production, simple web content or posters design, website revamp and internal system migration 

• Assist to manage the company’s social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Weibo for brand building purpose 

• Assist to plan and support corporate events and coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for project in Hong Kong and overseas 

Our requirements:  

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Translation, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Multi-media or any related field 

• Passionate in creating excellent visual contents including video production and good at AI, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Power BI, other graphic design tools  

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills  

• Organised and attentive to details, past experience on secretarial support preferable 

• Experience in managing corporate social media channels 

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)  

• Enjoy work in multi-cultural company  

• At least can work 3 days a week
