Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's enquiries via incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage and report cases, feedback to respective internal counterparts timely and properly
Job Requirements:
- DSE / HKCE holder
- Minimum one year working experience
- Good telephone manner & presentation skill
- Good spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua an advantage
- Proficiency in excel & word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
