Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer's enquiries via incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage and report cases, feedback to respective internal counterparts timely and properly

Job Requirements: 

  • DSE / HKCE holder
  • Minimum one year working experience
  • Good telephone manner & presentation skill
  • Good spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua an advantage
  • Proficiency in excel & word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
