Marketing Assistant / Officer (F&B)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Assist in conducting market research/analysis and collecting/consolidating market information to capture any trends in consumer needs, buying habits, and promotional channels.
• Assist in planning, developing and implementing all marketing plans/programs/activities in relation to advertising, sales promotion, and new product development of assigned products.
• To develop new initiatives and follow through the whole product/brand development process.
• Menu design.
• Work closely with other departments, such as operations and accounts, to ensure smooth operations.
• To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/graphics or other related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/graphic design, preferably in the catering industry
• Experience with operating social media would be an advantage
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as AI experience, is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, strong MS Excel skills and word processing (both English and Chinese input)
• Responsible, mature, well-organized, detail-minded and result-oriented
• Flexible, hands-on, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment independently
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills, and be able to communicate with people from all walks of life
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer or Marketing Officer
