Meeting and communicating with vendors for the best pricing;

Managing and handling new and maintenance purchase for products and services;
-
Management and operations of ERP platform on SAP;
-
Building up relationship and developing the team work and cohesiveness of the Office;
-
Support for pre-sales and after-sales services;
-
Involved in preparing pricelist, price calculation and various reports;
-
Coordinating the payment chasing process;
-
Handling and reviewing legal contracts; and
-
Drafting correspondences independently.
Job Requirement:
-
Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
-
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Procurement and Sourcing, preferable in IT industry;
-
Sound knowledge of using SAP ERP system;
-
Good negotiation skills, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
