POSITION SUMMARY
To assist and support the Sales Manager and work closely with internal teams to achieve assigned sales objectives, develop and expand the key accounts of responsible products. Responsible for sales activities in key chains. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Responsibilities
-
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key chains e.g Mannings, Watsons, and Matsukiyo while managing sales growth and identifying risks and opportunities.

Implement full year promotion plan and brand elements at store level by means of but not limited to distribution, product placement on shelves and promotional display.

Ensure timely execution of sales and marketing plans and oversee the evaluation of annual trade spending.

Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, trade marketing, digital, and supply chain to develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales objectives within the agreed cost levels.

Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Share insights on market trends and intelligence with management and the sales team.

Make effective application of the data in all related sales activities and ensure good maintenance of records.

Perform any lawful and reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor or Management.
Skills

Proficient in MS Office application

Excellent communication & presentation skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (is preferable)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
-
5 years sales experience and 2 years Key account management in FMCG companies

Preference will be given to candidates with experience with Mannings Key Account Management
