Logistics Coordinator, Hong Kong & Macau

Role Purpose

The role has the primary responsibility to work on B2B and B2C orders across Hong Kong & Macau retail & wholesale channels and digital channels, ensure all order to be processed timely. Understand their needs and deliver the logistics service to meet the expectations through communication with internal stakeholders. Manage 3PL to ensure warehouse operation align with KPI and budget control.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3PL warehouse on B2B & B2C Orders management and priorities.
• Allocate the inventory to different channels to balance the stock on hand to meet the corresponding requirement from each channel.
• Track the status of goods in transit as required and follow up with HO & freight provider regarding any delays.
• Reconcile inventory against 3PL WMS record and pro-actively manage the biannual stock take process across all DC locations to ensure controls are in place to ensure accuracy in the movement of inventory.
• Measure and review 3PL performance against KPIs regularly and take relevant action to improve results as necessary.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and the overlabelling process in 3PL warehouse.
• Liaise with 3PL on any ad hoc project (e.g. store opening or closure) or value added service.
• Validate and monitor the 3PL monthly billing and costing.

Technical Requirements (or Certification Requirements) 

• Bachelor's degree preferably in technology in Logistics/Supply Chain, or related subjects discipline

Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required

• Solid experience in freight and international logistics and warehousing retail, FMCG or related industries
• Advanced capability in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Access
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products
• Self-starter, self-motivated and independent. Ability to work unsupervised.
• Sound business logic and problem solving skills, understanding of Retail industry would be beneficial
