Leasing Manager

Job Duties

• Carry out overall leasing functions to maximize occupancy and rental yield for shops
• Formulate and implement end-to-end leasing strategy in response to market changes
• Negotiate lease terms, review lease agreements, and manage ongoing tenancy administration
• Maintain partnerships with key tenants and discover new clients through business connections
• Assist tenants where it is possible to be successful in their business
• Coordinate closely with events with operations team

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in real estate, event management, or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of solid experience in leasing management mainly gained in retail portfolio in Hong Kong, of which 3 years at deputy head level
• Previous experience in event venue leasing
• Strong knowledge in leasing procedures and statutory requirements
• Familiar with current market conditions and have proven market connections and network in Hong Kong
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality with good analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Relevant experience in sizable property developers or agencies will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher position
