Key Responsibilities:

Translation & Interpretation Support
-
morning briefings and monthly internal meetings.

Provide interpretation and translation for various internal communications and documents.

Approval Workflow (Ringi) Management
-
Manage internal approval processes, including system administration and account updates.
-

Expatriate Support
-
Manage housing contracts, travel expense claims, and other reimbursements.
-
Coordinate expatriate assignments, returns, and temporary home visits.
-

Management Assistance
-
Formulate and execute strategic business initiatives to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
-
Collaborate with the General Manager to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective implementation of operational plans.
-
Prepare monthly and annual reports and presentation materials.
-
Support executive document reviews and approvals.
-

Company Secretarial Support
-
Handle annual returns, board meeting materials, and director changes.
-
Maintain company records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Audit Coordination
-
Assist with financial audits and documentation submission.

Other Administrative Duties
-
Review company profile documents quarterly.
-
Participate in business process improvement projects.

Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, translation, Japanese or related field.
-
3 years + experience in secretarial support and administrative coordination
-
Proficiency in Japanese required
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
