IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our Hong Kong office and occasionally support for regional teams (Malaysia, Singapore). This role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving end-user issues, and maintaining network systems. You’ll be the primary IT point of contact in HK, working both independently and as part of a global IT team.

What you'll be doing

• Provide first tier trouble shoot help desk support for hardware/software issues (macOS, M365, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and implement appropriate solutions

• Troubleshoot and manage ITSM & CRM system (Zoho)
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, IP phone and IT equipments
• Provide guidance and training to users on the use of various IT systems and applications
• Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure seamless IT support and maintenance
• Assist occasional IT requests from regional offices (Malaysia, Singapore)
• Assist in license renewals, system upgrades, and ad hoc IT projects
• Document solutions and escalate complex issues to global IT teams

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, previous working experiences in the IT, Telecommunications industry is a plus

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills with technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, macOS, Active Directory, and basic networking

• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to effectively interact and explain tech to non-tech users

• Hands on experience in managing ITSM tools (ServiceNow/JIRA/MSP) and CRM systems (Sales force / Zoho CRM) would be a great advantage

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
