The role:

As IT Support Engineer, you will work closely with internal teams and vendors and provide excellent IT service to users. Your duties will include:

• Provide professional user support and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot O365, Cloud Services (Azure), and Endpoint Protection Systems
• Play a key role in asset management
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for specific projects
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Your skills and experience:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of solid working experience in the IT field
• Provide daily support for all hardware, software, applications, and network systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, 11, and MS Office 365
• Solid experience in supporting Cargowise/Logistics applications is an advantage
• Strong communication and analytical skills; self-motivated and eager to learn
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
