Job Description

Requirements:   

  • Computer desktop & laptop technology, Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office 365

  • Provide internal support to construction office users.

  • Prepare and manage conference equipment for user meetings.

  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in a Windows Server Active Directory environment.

  • Perform general firewall administration.

  • Familiar with Office 365 applications, with at least 2 years deskside experience with over 40 users.

  • Handle office copier and scanning tasks.

  • Have experience troubleshooting user PC file and printing issues.

  • Knowledge of basic construction software is an advantage.

  • Handle backup and restoration job of servers

  • Capable to general communication with users in English
