IT Senior Officer

About the role

Live Happy Limited, is seeking an experienced IT Senior Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be instrumental in driving the success of our IT projects and initiatives, playing a key part in the continued growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert-level IT support and guidance to all departments within the company
• Overseeing the planning, implementation and management of IT systems and infrastructure
• Identify and resolve IT-related problems daily to all end users
• Developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures and documentation
• Researching and evaluating new technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant IT regulations and security standards
• Install, upgrade and replace corporate computers, peripherals and mobile devices (hardware and software) according to the corporate standards
• Available to work outside usual hours or on holiday or weekends
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required
• Travel with event and management team for IT support when necessary

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an IT Senior Officer or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with troubleshooting experience in PC, networking and mobile devices, security products, firewalls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors as well as cross departments ensuring smooth operations across the organization
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows and Linux server, IP networking, DNS, VPN, AP, VMware & Veeam backup support and maintenance. Hands-on experience with a variety of IT systems, software and hardware
• Enhance security measures by implement and test software updates, patches and security protocols to safeguard critical systems and monitor for any potential threats
• Multi-tasking, ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines
• Monitor daily system performance and perform periodical system maintenance, network devices and equipment maintenance. Regular health check at CEO premises
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Attentive, Responsible, Can-do attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge in managing CRM, Live streaming, Media platforms accounts activities
• Willing to work around the clock, travel and Immediate available would be an advantage
