Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in ERP or NGO digital transformation;

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred;

Candidates with substantial project leadership experience and stakeholder coordination is preferable.
Job Duties:
-
Lead Strategic IT Projects - Oversee planning and execution of ERP revamp, digital platform integration, and transformation initiatives;
-
Manage Data Migration & System Integration - Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems, maintaining data integrity and operational continuity;
-
Coordinate Stakeholders & Vendors - Engage internal departments and external partners to align project scope, timelines, and deliverables;
-
Drive Innovation & Strategic Alignment - Translate agency-wide digital goals into actionable IT strategies and contribute to KPI achievement;
-
Ensure Governance & Risk Management - Maintain compliance with internal and statutory policies, manage risks, and document project outcomes.
