We intend to bring in several dedicated and passionate Interns.  The ideal candidates will be highly motivated to contribute to the health and wellness industry and committed to providing exceptional customer services to the clients.  You will grow along with Virtus in our expansion from Hong Kong to Asia Pacific.

Positions:

• Position 1: Summer Intern, back office

• Position 2: Premier Relationship Intern, Virtus care division (all seasons)

   

Principal Activities: 

Position 1: Summer Intern

• Provide support on daily operations to back-office departments including but not limited to Operations, Information Technology, Marketing etc.

• Provide support in processing and validation of data, record maintenance and update, document preparation etc.

• Assist in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

   

Position 2: Premier Relationship Intern

• Establish and manage long term relationships and satisfaction with premier clientele portfolio 

• Provide premier customers with industry-leading customer service, including conduct and facilitate individual training sessions and workshops to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve concerns on our newly launched software and applications, promoting and educating premier customers on the use of personalized smart products and mobile apps, responding to enquiries, in physical presence or remotely whenever required

• Exceed or meet customer expectations and achieve high net promotor scores

• Support clients and colleagues with care and empathy, while identify ownership opportunities with recommendations and add referral clients

• Provide support to Team Leader of Applications and Client Interface of IT Department in the development, maintenance, and support of applications and perform other tasks as needed

   

Ideal Profile:

Position 1: Summer Intern

• Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate degree student from Pharmacy, Public Health, Biochemistry and other related disciplines

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Passion for the health and wellness industry

• Team player, dynamic, proactive and positive attitude

   

Position 2: Premier Relationship Intern

• Demonstrate your ability to handle technology and mobile applications sensibly and swiftly

• Passion for the health and wellness industry and a commitment to serving clients

• Team player, dynamic, proactive and customer-focused to providing solutions and support

• High level of customer centricity mindset with excellent relationship building capability and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Positive attitude and strong alignment with company
