Job Description
Job Duties:
The main project for the intern will involve HR data handling, focusing on both digital and paper records. This includes:

Data Cleaning: Reviewing and updating staff data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies, and correcting them.

Data Entry: Inputting new staff information into our HR systems, both for digital records and paper files.

Organization of Records: Assisting in organizing physical files for easier access and maintaining an orderly filing system.

Reporting: Supporting the team in generating reports related to staff data for management review.

Organizational Chart Building: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of the organizational chart to reflect current staff structure.

Power BI Layout: Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards for visualizing HR metrics and analytics.

Participating in outdoor activities as needed.
Requirements:

Foundational knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR functions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
