职责范围与任务TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES：

您将在大中华区“人员与业务保障服务部"承担以下职责You perform the following tasks for the Business Stream “People and Business Assurance” in the region Greater China：

作为综合管理体系（Integrated Management System）组成员，支持并参与质量管理、职业健康与安全和环境管理（HSE）、数据保护及信息安全流程的制定与合规执行

You support and participate in the development and adherence to quality, HSE, data protection and information security processes as part of an integrated management system ("IMS").

分析现有综合管理体系（IMS）流程及服务流程（培训/咨询/认证），协同各利益相关方（本地业务团队/相关部门）实施必要的改进与优化

You analyze the current IMS processes as well as their service processes (training, consulting, certification) and implement necessary changes/optimization potentials in coordination with all stakeholders (local teams, business stakeholders).

运用方法论知识，制定规范化流程说明并提供专业建议，确保区域及本地层面质量管理、职业健康与安全和环境管理（HSE）、数据保护及信息安全的报告标准的建立与维护

You bring methodical knowledge, create and advise on formal process descriptions, and ensure the establishment and maintenance of reporting standards for QM, HSE, data protection, and information security at the local and regional level.

协同集团数据保护与信息安全部门，制定业务单元及事业部专属管理标准

You work with corporate data protection and information security to define business unit and division-specific governance levels.

统筹开展内部流程审核与安全检查

You manage, plan, and conduct internal/process-related audits and safety inspections.

开展风险评估并制定具体改善措施

You assess risks and derive concrete measures from them.

组织专项培训以提升质量管理、职业健康与安全和环境管理（HSE）、数据保护及信息安全意识

You support the execution of training to raise awareness for QM, HSE, data protection and information security.

任职要求EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS：

具备相关领域（工商管理优先）本科及以上学历

Completed (business administration) studies in the target area.

至少5年相关工作经验

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

英文听说读写流利，可与外籍人士流畅沟通并具备英文汇报演示能力

Fluent English language skills (B2 upper intermediate).

精通MS Office办公软件

Very good knowledge of MS Office products.

熟悉管理体系标准（如ISO 9001/45001/14001/27001）

Solid experience with management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).

对数据安全法, 个人信息保护法等相关法律法规熟悉者优先

Solid understanding of local data protection regulations is highly preferred.

具有内审/外审经验

Experience in conducting internal or external audits.

拥有成功的流程分析及改进案例经验​

Proven experience in process analysis and improvement.

了解风险分析与项目管理相关知识

Basic knowledge in risk analysis and project management required.

Experience working within corporate or matrix structures.

Intercultural competence.

Very good communication skills regarding different stakeholder groups.
