Overview:
As a HR & Administration Officer, you will be responsible in executing day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administration department in a professional, and compliant manner with strong uphold of the company’s principles and practice. You will be competent in administering HR & Administration policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the human resources and administration department, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, leave management, learning & development, welfare activities and general office affairs
- Responsible for recruitment and selection process, including job description creation, job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling coordination with line managers, and reference checks
- Assist in formulating human resources strategies and policies including company budget, manpower planning, organization structuring, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits and job survey.
- Communicate sufficiently with the business unit heads including operational staffs to ensure a fair understanding of the business knowledge and plans for the recommendation and implementation of fit-to-use HR program and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR-related documentation and employee records
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant human resources and administration experience preferably within a manufacturing, trading or related industry
- Experience in handling multiple projects will be advantageous
- Comfortable in interacting with all levels of individuals ranging from ground staff to management
- Good interpersonal/ communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good understanding of Hong Kong Labour Law and practices and proficient in Microsoft office and HRMS
- Self-motivated, detailed-orientated and organized
- Strong sense of responsibility and independent
- Immediate available is preferable
