Description

  • Learn directly from the Managing Director, developing leadership and management capabilities for future growth.

  • Provide full secretarial service and business & administrative support to the Managing Director with exposure to company strategy and decision-making.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials; organize key meetings, events, and cross-functional projects.

  • Support process improvement, strategic initiatives, and business development activities.

  • Maintain efficient operations and participate in business trips as required.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 2 years’ experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similarly demanding administrative or business support role (ambitious graduates with relevant internships welcome).

  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Professional discretion, high integrity, and a proactive, career-focused mindset.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Willingness to travel to Mainland China when needed.
