About the Role

• As  Executive Assistant  to the Head of Sales, you will be at the heart of business operations, driving the seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. This fast-paced, multifaceted position blends project management, proactive sales support, and cross-team collaboration. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, adapts quickly to change, and is eager to make a real difference in a growing, ambitious company. Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination: Assist the Sales Team Head in implementing and managing sales projects, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Business Development Support: Provide occasional support for sales activities, including prospect outreach, market research, and follow-ups.

• Communication & Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination to align business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Partner Relations:  Engage with partners, fostering strong professional relationships.

Who You Are

• Highly organized and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.

• An excellent communicator who can facilitate smooth coordination between teams.

• Previous experience in sales, business development, corporate services, or project management is a plus.

• > 3 years of full time working experience in relevant industry is preferred.

• Less than 3 years of experience will still be considered.

• Can take initiative in problem-solving, making logical decisions efficiently without unnecessary delays or back-and-forth discussions.

Salary & Benefits:

• The monthly salary is in the range of HK$20,000 - HK$30,000. On the job training will be provided.
