Executive Assistant in the Department of Computer Science [Ref. R/033/24]

Duties

1. Provide support to the academic programmes on admissions and programme administration;
2. Coordinate seminars and colloquiums, and handle visitor-related matters;
3. Assist in planning and organising visits, promotional and outreach events and co-curricular activities;
4. Handle enquiries, process direct payments and maintain stock inventory;
5. Assist in the daily operation of the general office; and
6. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and ability to work independently and be a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
