Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of various business awards, dinner functions, seminars, etc.
- Ensure events are in line with the schedule and budget.
- Draft and produce communications collateral, including posters and promotional brochures, using Canva.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for committee meetings.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and irregular working days/hours as required.
Requirements
- Well-versed in using Canva, Poe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
- Demonstrates quick response capability, ensuring effective and efficient execution with meticulous attention to detail and error-free work.
- Experience in events or administration supporting functions is preferred.
- Independent and highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
