ERP Presales Consultant (YonYou)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Presales Consultant with strong expertise in ERP solutions, preferably with YonYou (YonSuite/YonBIP) knowledge, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client business needs, designing tailored ERP solutions, and delivering compelling presentations to drive sales success. You will act as a bridge between sales and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between client requirements and ERP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales teams to analyze client requirements and propose ERP solutions.
• Develop high-quality proposals, and presentations.
• Deliver engaging and tailored ERP demonstrations, showcasing key functionalities (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
• Provide proof-of-concept (POC) support to validate solution feasibility.

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in ERP presales or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with YonYou (YonSuite/YonBIP) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing).
• Knowledge of cloud ERP, integrations, and data migration.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• YonYou certification or relevant ERP certifications.
• Experience in specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail).
