Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive the company online business growth through company e-shop
• Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions, marketing/graphics, e-campaigns, customer support and online inventory
• Support on full marketing strategies for new brands
• Formulate strategies and plan to achieve sales target through online marketing, promotions and CRM
• Work closely with promotional partners, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives
• Lead the development for brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, video production, media planning, and website development

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce or any relevant disciplines
• At least 1year of working experience in eCommerce / marketing/ sales field
• Preferably with knowledge in different tools - digital / online promotion and social media etc
• Sound knowledgeable about eCommerce trends and digital environment in Hong Kong
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
• Analytical, sales-driven and organized multi-tasker
• Can do attitude, mature , good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pets lover is a must
