Position Overview:

As a Bonnell E-MTB Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our MTB customers while also contributing to product development, prototyping, and testing. This hybrid position blends customer-facing responsibilities with hands-on engineering and design work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and building world-class products.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects from concept through to production in a fast-paced, international start-up environment, collaborating across China, the USA, Australia, and APAC regions.

You will report directly to e-MTB Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering & Design

·        CAD modeling and design using SolidWorks.

·        Contribute to product improvements and new design solutions.

·        Assist with prototyping and validating new systems for MTB’s.

2. Customer & Technical Support

·        Provide technical and warranty support to customers, working closely with the U.S. HQ team in Austin.

·        Help improve SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge systems.

·        Support the development of AI-driven support tools for customer assistance.

3. Testing & Prototyping

·        Test new designs and systems for quality and performance.

·        Support prototype builds during APAC-based development runs.

·        Help integrate innovative parts and solutions into production.

4. Travel Requirements

·        Travel in China, Hong Kong, and Australia to assist with prototype development and production testing.

·        Support race team activities and industry expos as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Experience in mechanical and design engineering (bike/motorsport industries a strong plus).

·        Strong Proficiency in SolidWorks and M365 Suite (Excel & Word essential).

·        Strong project management and multitasking skills.

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·        Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation.

·        Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

·        Willingness to travel internationally.
