Job Description
Merchandising Role:
-
Monitor merchandise flow and manage inventory levels.

Handle merchandise distribution, replenishment, and stock allocation.

Prepare and generate basic merchandising reports.

Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in other locations.
-
Work closely with logistics service providers to develop and implement logistics plans.

Ensure the accurate and timely availability of all documents related to customer orders, shipping, and export.

Maintain communication with logistics service providers to ensure their services align with business needs.
E-commerce Role:
-
Assist in the development, management, and maintenance of online shop content, including updating product listings and images.

Schedule and execute promotional events on E-commerce platforms.

Manage daily E-commerce operations (e.g., Shopify, multiple marketplace accounts), including product listing, inventory, and product shelf-life management, and coordination with warehouse, logistics, and stores.

Create and prepare promotional materials such as graphics, product descriptions, EDMs, and social media content.

Handle E-commerce customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage website optimization, including reviewing translated content and platform functionality.
Job Requirements:
-
University graduates with a degree in Merchandising, Logistics, and Supply Chain or other related disciplines

1 - 2 years of merchandising experience in the fashion industry is an advantage

Excellent command of written and spoken English & Cantonese

Attention to detail and good interpersonal and organizational skills

Well-versed in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., experience in Retail ERP is an advantage
