Division Merchandising Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Define assortment plan
• Develop merchandising strategies to achieve business objectives and gross profit budget
• Set pricing strategies to maximize company profit
• Negotiate buying terms
• Design promotion plans for each sales location
• Determine buying budget and conduct overseas buying, mainly in Europe
• Monitor inventory level
• Provide product training and display guidelines to operation team
• Frequent communication with operation and suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holders in Merchandising, Fashion or related disciplines
• At least 10 years buying experience in apparel, shoes and accessories, of which 5 years’ experience in managerial level
• Good sourcing network in local and European or other oversea markets
• Proven track record in business achievement on gross profit
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
