Digital Performance Manager/ Account Manager (Digital Marketing) (Agency)

Job Description:

Follow up with digital marketing service orders - Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Social Media Marketing/ Programmatic campaigns

Job Duties:

• Engage in the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns
• Liaise and coordinate with online publishers on media buy of various portals
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding service level
• Coordinate with designers and tech team in the production of online marketing materials such as banners, facebook app, mini webpage development
• Provide analysis & suggest new market opportunities to clients
• Handle client inquiries through phone, email and meeting

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media or a related subject
• Understanding in digital marketing - search engine marketing, social media marketing, programmatic and web publishing markets
• Strong experience and understanding of performance marketing & web analytic metrics
• 2+ years related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and engagement skills
• Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in Japanese and/or Korean is preferred but not necessary
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Digital Performance Manager
