Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the development and optimization of our digital medical network. This role bridges digital health initiatives with provider network expansion, ensuring seamless integration of healthcare partners, platforms, and technologies to enhance patient access and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Development Support
- Assist in identifying, onboarding, and credentialing new healthcare providers and facilities.
- Maintain and update provider databases, contracts, and service directories.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate provider information across platforms.
Digital Health Integration
- Support implementation of digital tools (e.g., telemedicine platforms) across the provider network.
- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor digital adoption metrics and generate reports for leadership.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with healthcare providers, insurers, and internal departments to streamline communication and resolve operational issues.
- Support training and onboarding sessions for providers on digital tools and network protocols.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Assist in documenting and refining network development workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards.
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or digital health support.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and provider credentialing processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Chinese) is a strong advantage.
