Your responsibilities will include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for users to swiftly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve user issues.

Provide full-spectrum account management, including emails, follow-ups, meeting notes, and administrative support.

Drafting and editing communication materials (e.g., emails, newsletters) in English
-
Helping to implement communications projects and strategies
-
Providing administrative support to programs and internal teams
-
Collect clients’ needs and opinions, coordinate and communicate with internal parties
-
Maintain current and develop new customer relationships
-
Manage and coordinate all activities within the major account
-
Build strong customer relationships, train and educate users on leveraging all MeeOpp services.
Requirements:
-
1-3 years relevant working experience in marketing, communications, sales or account management
-
Excellent verbal and written skills in Cantonese
-
Good/Conversational skills in English and Mandarin is preferred

Highly-organized and client-focused
-
Able to handle constant change in a start-up environment
-
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

Familiar with excel
-
Experience in education or marketing is a plus!

Chinese copywriting experience is a big plus
