Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle daily payment transactions including insurance package payments, answer phone and counter enquiries
  • Process correspondence and documents, including filing and record keeping
  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders such as nurses, doctors, wards, patients and contractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

  • Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Multi-tasked with good communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling daily payment transaction
  • Shift duty is required; job rotation to support other customer service teams may also be required
