Job Description

To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.

About the role:

  • Lead and supervise team members to review transactions, to ensure which comply with standard workflow and meet KPIs

  • Arrange daily staff deployment and work allocations

  • Monitor staff performance in terms of work's attitude, accuracy and productivity

  • Assist Team Leaders to monitor the overall operation and proactively seek for improvement

  • Perform as hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders / Team Head

  • Shift duty is required

About You:

  • HKDSE or above

  • At least 4 years working experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role in CS field is preferred

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Representative (Toll)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and detail minded

  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Self-motivation and willing to take challenges
