Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for KMB app, focused on facilitating bookings for airport shuttle services. This role involves assisting customers with their travel needs, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to arrival.
Responsibilities:
1)Booking Management:
- Process customer orders through the app.
- Confirm bookings and communicate details to clients.
2)Customer Support:
- Provide 24/7 customer service for inquiries, rearrangements, and support.
- Assist customers via phone and chat, ensuring quick resolutions.
- Payment Processing:
- Collect payments and provide receipts to clients.
- Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with the shuttle bus team to ensure timely service.
- Monitor and manage the dashboard for order status and customer feedback.
Shift Details:
- Time Slots:
- 00:00 - 06:00
- 06:00 - 12:00
- 12:00 - 18:00
- 18:00 - 00:00
- Remote Shifts Available: Flexibility to work from home during specific shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using technology and mobile applications.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
