Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiry by phone or e-mail
- Order management and creation, chasing/monitoring order from quotation until invoice
- Complaint handling and case following up until closed
- Co-ordination with other departments for internal / external issues
- Project handling
- Report analyzing
- Ad-hoc task as required
- Solid knowledge of MS software including Access/Excel VBA, etc.
- ERP experience including SAP, Oracle
Keys to Success:
Education
- F5 graduation or above
Experience
- 1 year or above Customer Service with order management experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Good in writing and speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication skill, discussable, good organization
- Experience with ERP system, Oracle is preferable
- Willing to learn, adaptable, proactive, good logical thinking
- Can work overtime when necessary
- Data analysis & reporting
