Position Overview:
Our Client is a leading, sizable public organization in HK. They are hiring Customer Service Officer to join them.
Responsibilities:

Answer telephone enquiries and complaints

Record and input into the computer full particulars of customers' contacts, enquiries, applicants and complaints in a professional manner

Refer the received enquiries and complaints to the responsible sections and divisions for follow-up actions

Prepare written operational and monitoring reports if instructed by supervisors
Job Requirements:
-
Should have obtained passes in five subjects or above in the HKCEE or equivalent qualifications, including English language and Chinese language

Fluent in Cantonese and English

Knowledge of Putonghua is a plus

Work experience in a call center is preferred

At least 1 year's work experience in providing customer service

Willing to handle customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient and courteous manner
