Customer Service Officer

Your role:

• Handle full-set order processing: including order entry, handling and monitoring from order to cash, logistics arrangement, etc.
• Monitor the forecast status.
• Monitor the delivery schedule to achieve customer's request.
• Work closely with sales team, QA team, shipping & custom team and PMC.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare sales report and analysis.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Our requirement:

• High school or above.
• At least 3 years relevant experience, particular in manufacturing firm.
• Good command in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in Kingdee and SAP is an advantage.
• Good communicate skill and teamwork is required.
• Attention to details, high level of accuracy & efficiency, with responsible personality is preferred.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
