We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, reservations, and providing top-notch service to ensure a seamless wine storage experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
•⁠ ⁠Assist clients with wine storage inquiries, account management, and bookings.
•⁠ ⁠Process payments, update client records, and handle administrative tasks.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate wine deliveries, pickups, and inventory tracking.
•⁠ ⁠Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Requirements:
•⁠ Fluency in Cantonese and proficient in English and Mandarin
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in customer service, hospitality,or wine retail (preferred but not required).
•⁠ ⁠Passion for wine and basic knowledge of wine storage (training provided).
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
•⁠ ⁠Available to work weekdays Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm and alternate Saturdays.
•⁠ Suitable candidates requiring a more flexible work schedule will be considered for part time roles.
