Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service adhering to established protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels, including telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

Offer general administrative and clerical support, including managing correspondence and administrative tasks.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
