Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• provide clerical and administration support to after-sales team

• handle and follow up on customer enquiries via phone/whatsapp/email

• collaborate with technicians on daily repair work orders

• participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above with 2 years clerical experience

• Experience in service centre/equipment maintenance is an advantage

• Proficiency in PC skill and Chinese word processing

• Detailed-mind, patient, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good Command of English and Chinese
