Job Description

Responsibilities

  • A strong customer service orientation
  • Provide customers with accurate preoperative and postoperative information
  • Handle customers daily inquires, complaints and appointment booking in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing the service standard and customers loyalty


Requirements

  • Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 1 years relevant sales experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • To work in different locations when needed
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work under pressure is also essential.
