Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, WhatsApp and email in a polite and professional manner

Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions

Provide quality customer services to our patients and internal parties to enhance customers' experience

Provide administrative support to the team

Day shift duties required (Monday to Saturday)
Requirements:
-
Form 7 / Diploma holder or above
-
At least 1 year or above hands-on experience in customer service, gained in the medical industry/ call centers is an advantage
-
Good team-player with strong communication and multi-tasking skills
-
Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
-
Proficient in English and Chinese Word Processing
