Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, WhatsApp and email in a polite and professional manner

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions

  • Provide quality customer services to our patients and internal parties to enhance customers' experience

  • Provide administrative support to the team

  • Day shift duties required (Monday to Saturday)

Requirements:

  • Form 7 / Diploma holder or above

  • At least 1 year or above hands-on experience in customer service, gained in the medical industry/ call centers is an advantage

  • Good team-player with strong communication and multi-tasking skills

  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners

  • Proficient in English and Chinese Word Processing
