Cost Officer

Job Duties:

• Assist in evaluating and monitoring expenditures for the E&M project

• Oversee the budget setup process and manage budget release applications from the project team

• Analyze cost data and create cost control reports to project the End-of-Site Profit and Loss

• Prepare presentation materials for Cost Control Meetings and take minutes during discussions

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management as needed

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accountancy, Business, Statistics or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the budgeting or accounting field, with E&M project cost control experience will be an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office operation, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proactive, self-motivated, work independently and have good communication skills
