Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and to enhance the company's brand/image

  • Manage and participate in the development and scheduling of special events projects such as company anniversary event, public relations events and promotions etc;

  • Contribute to a wide spectrum of marketing communication programs and key events to strengthen the corporate branding of the company and drive rebranding full cycle excises

  • To manage online and offline marketing channels including but not limited to corporate publications, reports, official website, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) or other related applications

  • To prepare editorial contents such as council announcements, press releases, speeches, presentations, monthly e-newsletter, etc.

  • Carry out regular market research, competitive analysis, and social listening for social learning, planning and optimization

  • Create and manage marketing collateral including company brochures to establish and maintain branding

  • Develop growth strategies focusing on financial results, conduct competitor and customer insights analysis

  • Work closely with project teams to review, develop and link business opportunities, market trends, costs and company’s capabilities to win new bids and maximise profitability

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities in the architectural markets, leading to strong business development pipeline  

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Translation, business or related discipline

  • 8 years or above of corporate communications in building and construction markets, familiar in Architectural markets will be an advantage, business development experience is preferred

  • Good understanding of Architectural market trends and industry insights

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Good interpersonal skills, Meticulous, analytical, creative, and organized

  • Business acumen and agility
