Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Group Financial Controller and the Accounts Department

  • Deal with banks to get updated interest rates and foreign exchange rates

  • Handle business correspondence and communications

  • Arrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment

  • Communicate with other departments to follow documents

  • Set and coordinate meetings, conference and other business activities

  • Assist in recording and managing the annual/sick leaves within the department

  • Filing, clerical support and regular replenishment of office supplies

 

Requirements

  • DSE/Form 7 or above

  • At least 1 year relevant working experience preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Good team player and independent

  • Good communications and inter-personal skill

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
