Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Group Financial Controller and the Accounts Department
-
Deal with banks to get updated interest rates and foreign exchange rates
-
Handle business correspondence and communications
-
Arrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment
-
Communicate with other departments to follow documents
-
Set and coordinate meetings, conference and other business activities
-
Assist in recording and managing the annual/sick leaves within the department
-
Filing, clerical support and regular replenishment of office supplies
Requirements
-
DSE/Form 7 or above
-
At least 1 year relevant working experience preferred
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-
Good team player and independent
-
Good communications and inter-personal skill
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred
