Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for handling stock report, data input and documentation
- Follow up product delivery and distribution
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams
- Handle incoming telephone calls, courier and fax
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Provide full range of office administrative & warehouse support duties
- 負責整理存貨記錄,包括資料輸入及相關之報告記錄
- 跟進產品的日常送貨及分銷程序
- 協助處理倉務部及營銷部之日常行政及文書工作
- 處理來電、收發信件包裹和傳真
- 需支援辦公室日常行政工作
- 完成上司指派工作,及需外勤工作
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with good command of spoken English & Mandarin
- 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- 中五或香港中學文憑考試以上程度
- 具備2年或或以上工作經驗
- 能操流利廣東話,略懂英語、國語
- 熟悉電腦應用(包括Word及Excel)及中文輸入法
- 良好溝通能力及有責任感
