Responsibilities:
- Manage yacht charter bookings and oversee daily operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on booking requests
- Prepare invoices, agendas, and other relevant documents
- Assist the manager in coordinating charter operations
- Perform outdoor tasks when necessary (e.g., Outdoor Events)
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above
- Experience in hotel reservations, travel agencies, or customer service is an advantage (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Proficiency in Photoshop and website development is a plus
- Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, outgoing, enthusiastic, a team player, and eager to learn
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role
- Immediately available is highly preferred
