CDP / Wok Chef - S.E.A. Eatery- South East Asia Cuisine

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional and eager-to-learn team members.

Responsibilities工作職責       

-Food preparation,production and presentation with consistent and quality standards

-Ensure courteous, efficient and flexible service that supports the restaurant and bar

-食物準備、製作和擺設符合指定的品質標準

-確保為餐廳和酒吧提供禮貌、高效和靈活的服務

Requirements 工作要求:

-Minimum 1 years relevant work experience in a similar capacity in Southeast  Asia cuisine (Thailand, Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean), or related  F&B operations.  

-Open, and willing to try new recipes

-Pleasant, passionate about good food and great customer service

-Good team player, self-motivated and versatile

-Proficient in food hygiene, with relevant qualification is an advantage

-Fluent spoken English and Chinese

-Less experienced applicant to offer junior position

-Work Location: Tai Koo Shing

-至少1 年東南亞餐廳（泰國、馬來西亞、印尼、新加坡）或相關食品和營運職位的工作經驗

-維持廚房日常運作

-確保工作環境清潔衛生

-確保食物質素以符合要求

-流利英語和中文

-經驗較少的應徵者將被考慮擔任較初級職位

-工作地點：太古城
