What We Expect from You
Execute business development and sales strategies with a strong focus on the K12 after-school education market across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including tutoring centers, enrichment schools, and extracurricular education providers.
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure—ensuring healthy revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
- Build and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline, identifying high-potential prospects and nurturing key accounts.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and education solutions teams to deliver aligned go-to-market campaigns and client onboarding experiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to educational stakeholders, understanding their operational challenges and positioning VV AI as a transformational solution
How We Imagine You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with clients in K12 after-school education or edtech platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective digital solutions.
Strong initiative, results-driven mindset, and ability to adapt to the fast pace of a startup environment.
Less experience candidates may be considered for an Executive or Assistant Manager role.
