Identify and qualify potential customers

Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

Understand the features and benefits of company products, and effectively communicate them to prospective customers

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and closing deals

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
-
Provide feedback to the product and course development teams based on customer needs and market trends
-
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system
-
Continuously expand industry knowledge and stay updated on the latest algorithmic trading trends and best practices
Requirements:

Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or educational technology industry
-
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships
-
Willing to perform on shift duty
-
Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools will be an advantage

Understanding of algorithmic trading and financial markets is preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
